Foil优秀的商业设计，首先需要考虑设计作品所处的商业环境、文化环境以及所面对的潜在消费人群，老房子元年食府?青花元年会馆位于武汉市武昌区汉街，虽开业不久，但是已经成为当地极受欢迎的城市新贵“悠客”生活地之一。
“悠客”，指的是都市中这样一种人：他们在一段时间内，主动从高速运转的职业状态中暂停或减缓下来，远离紧张忙碌的上班生活，把更多的时间留给自己——给自己放一个大假，或者尝试一个梦想已久的全新开始……他们不再是工作的机器，他们想自主地控制生活的节奏，缓慢而悠闲的生活着，简单而快乐。他们的这种状态又被称为“新退休主义”。
汉街附近有演艺剧场、室内电影文化公园、杜莎夫人蜡像馆、书城、艺术画廊等配套设施，区域内文化、艺术气息浓厚，交通便利，四通八达。设计师基于对汉街商圈远景兴盛繁华的想象，灵感穿越时空来到了创绘“清明上河图”的北宋，思索着如何将传统的民风民俗融入现代生活空间，在记忆和传承远古文明的同时，又不忘掉现代人的餐饮休闲理念。
老房子青花元年会馆以中国青花元素为主题，在功能分区设计上集“琴、棋、书、画、诗、酒、茶”等文化、餐饮、休闲功能于一体，精心全面构想城市新贵“悠客”生活，其静逸奢适的氛围与美食艺术的完美融合，呈现了一种完美的“悠客”生活场景。
青色大方、明快，白色素净、优雅，青花元年在艺术装饰和表现上继承和发扬了中国绘画的水墨意境和手法，设计上通过青、白两种纯粹与交融的运用，在淡浓、虚实、形神间，灵动地再现了国粹青花的脱俗与惊艳。
餐区间非常谨慎地使用构筑技巧及表面材料，不论是造型的吊灯、青花纹的壁纸、细致华贵的丝绒，还是大面积玻璃体、马赛克的运用，空间光影的交叠采撷，它们之间均被巧妙重组或相互对应，使景观餐区回归了一种自由放飞的天青色自然风，通过一个个“青”、“净”的城市小品，为不同心性的城市新贵建造一个属于自身的避风港。
空间中大量运用玻璃，只蓝、白两色，整个空间简洁大方，不断加强观者对空间主题的理解。沙发、台灯、靠枕也都呼应“青白”色调，共同营造出纯粹、纯净的青花意韵，让人处处感受到典雅考究的新贵生活理念。
由白至蓝的渐变马赛克地板上，设计纯白色的餐位，精致的镂空木椅方方正正，圆形桌简洁大方，颇有几分“天圆地方”的思辨。A

environment of business and culture as well as potential consumers.
The project of space, though in the market for not a long life, has
been developing into a place popular with the newly-enriched people
for people of You Off.
The people of You Off, refers to such a group of people, who can
relieve them from the occupational status of high-speed operation
and slow down to be away from work life, to have more time for
themselves, or to have a new trial, or make a new preparation. They
are no longer running like a working machine, but independently
control the pace of life to enjoy a slow and leisurely life, simple
and happy. New retirement a working state like this is
called.
The location of this project enjoys convenient transportation and
supporting facilities of theater, indoor film cultural park, Madame
Tussauds, bookstore and art gallery. The imagination of the
prosperous vision of the shopping district, and the inspiration of
Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, lead to an integration of
traditional folk customs into the modern living space, and the
dream of modern dining and leisure is still pursued.
A project this space is to have taken blue and white porcelain as
its theme. Sections clearly functioned integrates into one the
culture of piano, chess, calligraphy, painting, poetry, wine, tea
and so on to make an elaborate comprehension of live that the
people of You off live, where the luxury but in tranquil and peace
brings forward a perfect life scene exclusive to the upstart
.
A design this space involving images of and approaches to Chinese
ink and wash painting in art decoration and expression. The purity
of white and blue and interspersed to reproduce a refined and
stunning quintessence of blue-white elements in colors light and
heavy, and forms false or true.
In the dining area, structural techniques and surface materials
are used cautiously and carefully. Whether individual items like
chandelier, green-blue-patterned wallpaper, delicate and luxurious
velvet, or larges areas of glass and mosaic, are reorganized and
correspond with each other. Scene each has flying a natural wind to
overspread blue-white elements. Objects all together make a refuge
for people to find shelter.
The extensive use of glass blue and white makes the space simple
and generous, and constantly strengthens the viewer''s understanding
of the space theme. The hue of sofas, lamps and pillows echoes with
the tone blue and white to create purity of blue-white image,
allowing for experiencing the elegant and sophisticated life
philosophy of the upstart.
The mosaic floor varies from white to blue. Out of the purely
white seating, the square hollowed-out wooden chairs and the round
dining tables, is the concept that the heaven is round while the
land is square.
