前 言
随着科学技术的飞速发展,机械制造技术发生了革命性的变化。传统的普通加工设备已难以适应市场对产品多样化的要求,难以适应市场竞争的高效率、高质量的要求。而以数控技术为核心的现代制造技术,以微电子技术为基础,将传统的机械制造技术与现代控制技术、计算机技术、传感检测技术、信息处理技术以及网络通信技术有机结合在一起,构成高度信息化、高度柔性化、高度自动化的制造系统。
数控技术是20世纪制造技术的重大成就之一,从20世纪70年代以后,计算机数控技术获得了突飞猛进的发展,数控机床和其他数控装备在实际生产中获得了越来越广泛的应用。同时,计算机数控技术的发展又极大地推动了计算机辅助设计及辅助制造(CADCAM)、柔性制造系统(FMS)和计算机集成制造技术(CIMS)的发展,成为先进制造技术的基础和重要组成部分。
数控技术已被世界各国列为优先发展的关键工业技术,成为当代国际间科技竞争的重点。数控技术对现代制造业的影响是多方面的和重大的,制造业是各种产业的支柱工业,数控技术和数控装备是制造工业现代化的重要基础,直接影响着一个国家的经济发展和综合国力,关系到一个国家的战略地位。发展数控技术和数控机床是当前制造工业技术改造、技术更新的必由之路。
为了适应培养数控技术人才需求短缺的形势,适应高职高专机电专业课程“数控技术”的教学需要,特编写了本书。
本书可作为高等职业技术院校学生的教材,也可供从事机电一体化技术、数控技术的相关人员参考。
