關於作者: |
熊国铭,2001.6至今,任浙江工商职业技术学院工商管理系旅游教研室主任。多年来,主要承担《客源国(地区)概况》、《餐饮服务与管理》、《旅游管理学》、《酒吧服务与管理》、《前厅客房服务与管理》等课程的教学工作,积累了丰富的教学经验。

随着我国旅游业的快速发展及入境旅游人数的增多,作为正在从事和即将从事旅游业的人员来说,必须了解、熟悉和掌握我国主要旅游客源国家(地区)的相关情况,特别是要熟悉、掌握主要旅游客源国家和地区的自然地理、历史人文、经济发展、政治状况、文化传统、民俗风情、旅游资源与旅游业等方面的内容,这样才能了解客人、尊重客人,针对特点开展服务,有效提高服务质量,促进我国旅游业更好更快的发展。
为了适应新时期我国市场经济对旅游类专业人才的需求,我们在总结多年来旅游管理专业理论与实践教学经验的基础上,以学生为主体,以市场为导向,以提高学生实践能力为目标,反复探讨,与时俱进,去芜存菁,于2009 年出版了本教材,并于2016 年进行了修订。
本教材内容丰富,知识性强,具有以下主要特点:
1.科学性。本书作者既有多年在旅游院校从事旅游专业教学工作的经验,又有丰富的旅游企业涉外工作经验,拥有广博的理论材料,以及丰富的实践感受,保证了本书内容的准确性和科学性。
2.实用性。本书针对高职高专学生的特点,理论知识本着实用、够用的原则,不做过度的延伸,尽量缩短理论与实践的距离,并注意突出趣味性。客源国(地区)基本按照六大旅游区的顺序进行介绍,读者可以非常方便地按图索骥、随用随查。
3.针对性。本书内容紧扣我国主要旅游客源国(地区)的实际进行介绍,突出重点,详略得当。同时,考虑了高职高专教学的实际,内容编排上均为摘要性的介绍与讲解,易于进行教学。
本书为高职高专旅游管理专业系列规划教材之一,既可作为高职高专旅游管理、导游和酒店管理专业的教材,同时也是从事旅游管理工作者的理想自学读物。
本书的再版修订,由浙江工商职业技术学院的熊国铭任主编,姜坤任副主编,负责拟定修订计划、相关要求并提出具体意见,并参与具体篇章的修订。其他参与修订的人员有丁春文(浙江工商职业技术学院)、陈乡(浙江工商职业技术学院)、傅远柏(宁波城市职业技术学院)。各章修订的分工如下:第1 章由丁春文修订,第2 章由熊国铭和姜坤修订,第3 章由熊国铭修订,第4 章由姜坤修订,第5 章由陈乡修订,第6 章由傅远柏修订。全书由熊国铭总纂修改、终审定稿。
在本书的编写过程中,我们拜读了国内外许多专家和学者的专著,参考了新华网、中国旅游网和百度百科等网络资源,并借鉴了其中部分内容,在此谨表谢意!但由于编者时间和水平所限,书中难免会有错误和不妥之处,敬请专家和读者不吝指正,以便再版时修订完善。
