随着汽车工业的飞速发展,汽车电器设备的新工艺、新结构、新技术也是层出不穷。如
何了解和掌握汽车电器设备的维修知识,更好地服务于汽车行业,是当今汽车职业教育工作
者研究的主要课题之一。
本课程的性质:本课程针对职业院校学生动手能力强的特点,采用操作中学习、学习中
操作的方法,意在培养学生的学习主动性,更加明确学生学习的目的和意义。本课程以提高
学生的专业实践能力和职业素养为理念,以培养学生的职业能力为中心,以派工单、故障案
例为载体,按照“以能力为本位,以职业实践为主线,以课程为主体的专业课程体系”的总
体设计要求,紧紧围绕完成任务工单的需要来选择和组织课程内容,突出任务工单与知识的
应用性,让学生在实践活动的基础上掌握知识,增强课程内容与职业岗位能力要求的相关性。
本课程的任务:结合汽车服务行业的需求,注重培养学生的职业素养和操作技能,通过
任务驱动教学方法系统地对汽车电器内容进行介绍。
1)学习企业员工的职业素养与管理制度,让学生了解企业的管理制度以及企业对员工的
具体要求,为将来服务于社会奠定基础。
2)掌握汽车电器常用的维修设备,掌握万用表、蓄电池测试仪、充电机、发动机故障检
测仪等设备的使用方法,为汽车电器故障检测与维修打下基础。
3)学生通过任务驱动法对电源系统、起动系统、点火系统、照明信号系统、仪表系统、
辅助电器系统的各种电器设备进行理论学习、拆装、检查、调整及更换;并能运用汽车电器
设备知识分析汽车电器系统常见故障的原因,完成故障排除的任务。
