This book consists of 7 items,each consisting of item guide,several tasks,item summary and item exerciseEach task consists of five parts:learning goal,task introduction,knowledge preparation,task implementation and exerciseIn the item guide,the characteristic,functions and classification of each item are introduced;the learning goal in the task is composed of knowledge requirements and capability requirements;the task introduction is guided by typical cases of the enterprises;knowledge preparation includes the function,structure form and working principle of the assembly parts involved in each task that students need to learn;precautions for fault diagnosis,fault diagnosis process and fault repair methods are introduced during task implementation to cultivate the students′ handson operation ability,as well as the troubleshooting ideas and repair methods for analyzing typical faults in the task introduction;a certain number of exercises are carefully selected in the exercise part for students to test the learning effect.
